Community Association Management manages exclusively CICs (Common Interest Communities); single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and master associations throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area, but our main focus in South of the River. We are specialized to manage every administrative, financial, and maintenance need of your association community.

Customer Service

Community Association Management has beaten other management companies time and time again with their personal one-to-one ratio. Managers of CAM speak to their associations directly, no third party individuals. Managers are able to provide information promptly to their associations through email response, phone conversions, and individual meetings. We also provide twenty-four-hour emergency response to all of our community associations.
